New Feat: Agitator

Urchins are known for their quick talking style, often called chittering (like a bird or rodent), which can be very annoying. They become even more so when they insult and taunt the target of their chittering. They have a knack for throwing barbs at people.
Some urchins take it to another level. They develop a flair for taunting others, angering them to the point of mindlessly retaliating. While it may seem odd for such small people to encourage an opponent to attack them, there can be many strategic advantages to making someone attack them, like forcing them to move into an Attack of Opportunity, luring them into a trap set between them, or just using up their Reaction for the turn. Furthermore, when they taunt their enemy into attacking in this manner, they are so enraged that they wildly and impulsively attack and do so at Disadvantage.
