Background: Urchin Vexer
Prerequisite: Urchin lineage
Urchins are known for being fast-talkers and annoyances to the big folk with their chittering, bird-like speech. While this is a natural effect of both their physique and culture, some urchins train and hone their vocal abilities to be consistently and overtly frustrating to others, being able to influence others’ ability to resist and complete actions through skill. Through taunting or just sheer speed and volume of sound an urchin can break down people’s composure and cause them to give in or give up.
Some urchins take this ability to the next level. Called vexers, they use their words or even just noises - the chittering noises that sound like birds - to negatively affect an adversary's social, martial, or even magical abilities. Their ability to annoy and frustrate, taunt, and interrupt others is unparalleled.
There is no formal training, no organization, of vexers. It is a title given to urchins that show the exceptional ability to exasperate others.

Skill Proficiencies: Insight and Deception
Tool Proficiency: Choose one kind of Gaming set
Equipment: Choose A or B: (A) Gaming set (same as chosen above), 1 Pouch, Traveler’s clothes, Costume, 25 GP; or (B) 50 GP

Skill Proficiencies: Choose 1 from Arcana, Performance, or Persuasion and 1 from: Insight or Perception
Languages: 2 of your choice.
Equipment: A set of common clothes, and a pouch containing 15 gp.
Suggested Characteristics: select Urchin or Charlatan options or add your own.
Feature: Vexing Speech
You gain the Agitator feat and gain access to other Vexer Feats.
